Taking UNDERCOVER to another LEVEL

Quintin McShan participated in a two-month (60 Days In) joint project between the Clark County Indiana Sheriff’s Office and the Arts and Entertainment Network (A&E), working undercover as an inmate in the Michael L. Becher Adult Correctional Complex in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He worked undercover for two months and was incarcerated in the Clark County jail. This was a continuous operation, working 24/7, living undercover as an inmate with the prisoners.

The prisoners and correctional staff were unaware of the operation filmed by the A&E. At the conclusion, Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel was briefed and consulted on perceived deficiencies in jail operations and given recommendations for improvement.
