This course satisfies the NMLEA required refresher course for existing NMLEA certified Instructors. It provides the most current and up-to-date curriculum for current instructors with an emphasis on adult learning. This course focuses on the use of the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy forms and procedures for accreditation. The student will be updated on the basics of researching, creating and presenting instruction to adult learners.
